In The Bag: 119th and Maple is a dry cleaner that provides great and nice service. Everyone was great and so nice. The cost was very reasonable. A white and blue prom dress that was really dirty from dragging on the floor was cleaned in just one day and looked brand new. The cardboard insert to keep the shape of the bodice was a nice touch. A sport jacket was done with very good quality. The woman at the front was very polite and informative, and communication regarding the status of cleaning was generally good. One customer had a great experience when a young lady at the Maple and 119th location explained they didn’t have next day service. She called her manager to get a dress ready for Saturday for an anniversary party, and they ended up having it ready by Friday. This was exceptional service. The staff was kind, helpful, and generous. A new In the Bag bag and a box of candy with all the services they offer were also given.

Small welcome gift as a new customer was a pleasant surprise! Very nice, clean facility with super friendly people. Online tracking system and great communication with the ability to pay online. Fast service, and they did a beautiful job! Highly recommend!
This was my first time using dry cleaners. I had to get my daughter choir dress cleaned before the end of the year. Everyone was great and so nice. The dress was done early. The cost was very reasonable.
