Wow what a difference! My mother had a stoke in early January and then was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. Since her release from rehab, we have struggled to find the right person and company to fulfill our needs. We were very leery due to bad, if not even horrible experiences with other companies. With that said, we reluctantly agreed to give All Saints of Valley Center a try.
They sent out a young lady named Nenia and she walked in and treated my mother like she was her own. She listen to my Mom and Dad and went right to work. Non stop for 4 hours. I want to reach out and and express my appreciation and care for my wonderful caregiver and aide I've had for several years now and her name is Michelle trout she works for allsaints in Wichita Kansas and she's a caring person and does a wonderful job taking care of me and Michelle has a wonderful heart and cares about her clients and loves helping people and she's been helping me be able to stay in my home and I think she should get recognized for her caring heart and what she does for people. And she's a great person.
I has been almost two years since I first started with All Saints Home Care. It is very difficult to work with multiple people both as workers and clients. Trying to please everyone and keep a balance. I was mostly discouraged with the office communication but also didn't have A stable Home care person. I became very frustrated with the lack of communication and talked to my caseworker about dropping this company. After a sudden hospitization and rehabilitation I came home and had to decide if I would continue with All Saints. I said I would try one last time rather than trying another.
