Highly recommend! Our technician took the time to explain everything thoroughly before starting and also reviewed a few additional details once the job was complete. Our basement family room gets a lot of use and we have pets, and they did a great job addressing the specific areas we were concerned about while also freshening up the overall smell of the space.
Had our carpets cleaned today and I am completely impressed! Professional, friendly, and thorough service from start to finish. We have had some disappointing experiences with other local carpet cleaning companies, but not Higher Standards! They have earned our loyal business.
