From the initial inspection to the project clean-up, the owner, Jarrod, was hands-on and professional. He walked us through everything, including getting on the phone with our insurance company to submit the claim, getting in the roof with the insurance inspector to make sure they spotted every bit of damage, being on site with his crew, and doing final clean-up sweeps. Install was two days, whole process took about three weeks (only because our insurance company was behind on inspection scheduling). “Quality Cleaning Solutions is a very professional, friendly, polite, and outstanding company! Two very kind and extremely qualified men, Steve and Scott came to our house to clean out our ducts . First of all, we didn’t give them a lot of notice, but we needed the ducts cleaned out in a few days. They said that was no problem. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the job they did was superb! My husband and I were both very happy with everything. They left no mess afterward either, and were very thorough. We will definitely use them again for our cleaning needs. You cannot go wrong by using this wonderful company. Clogged air ducts could cause a fire, so get them to clean out yours soon.
