First of all, we didn’t give them a lot of notice, but we needed the ducts cleaned out in a few days. They said that was no problem. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. We worked directly with Jake Cook.They had great attention to detail, from Jake's initial inspection, dealing directly with our insurance company to get us an accurate and fair settlement to the installation.One of our greatest worries outside of a proper job was the cleanup. We have four small children and had concern of them running barefoot in the yard, but they used their custom landscape protection nets and large lawn magnets to free us of those worries.
