At this location they always greet you with a smile and by your first name. The Haircuts I would say are 95% great. I switched from N Maize road because of the better customer service.
I have visited this Great Clips three (3) times for a man's haircut. My hair is worn short like a military haircut after I get it cut. So far the ladies have done an excellent job no matter who has cut my hair and I give the barber an appropriate tip for their excellent haircut. Thank you great clips!!!
The owner and all of the staff are wonderful. They treat you like family. They have excellent customer service and Candice is our fave. They do a fantastic job and it’s CLEAN as it should be. They are in the top 24 of the states and ranked #2 in the state of KS. They are number one in my eyes. I also work customer service and they definitely have that courtesy in check. Check them out if you haven’t. You’ll be glad you did. They know most of their customers by first name. ?.
