When you first walked in the ladies at the desk, I have no communication skills and no personalities didn’t even say hello they will have a staring contest with you, but I noticed when the Mexican people came in they greeted all of them and smiled just from that experience I said I would never be back, but then I went upstairs and the lady that they had at the front desk was so kind and sweet she made our experience way better soon as we came in. She greeted us. She turned on cartoons for the kids and she was just down to earth made the experience a lot better and then on our way out the ladies on the level floor didn’t say have a nice day didn’t even look our way.… read full review
love this place. the ladies up front always make me feel super comfortable and crack me up while waiting and my provider Kayla is very helpful makes me feel heard and gets me in and out of my appointments.
Absolute waste of my time. They wouldn't take the proof of income we had. We told them we'd made this appointment 2 week's in advance. We had also informed them that it was an emergency because he had a tooth infection with an abscess on his molar .They said just come back tomorrow. We live over an hour away. We can't afford to just come into town Willy-nilly. He took this day off from work. This is a low-income place. They should be able to understand you can't just take a day off work because you feel like it and drive an hour and a half out of your way.
