I did like this clinic for dental. There are a few men that are really great dental assistants. My son was seeing a young man that did a great job. Very good with my children. I had to reschedule an appointment. Which it always takes a very long time to get another appointment. That is one of the things I did dislike. When I took my son to his last appointment , he had a cavity. I noticed that there was more patients in the dental department than usual. I also noticed that all the workers were very fast paced , and in a hurry. I kind of felt like they were given a time limit. My son's cleaning was very rushed. I had a great experience with gracemed clinic on the 7th of this month , the girl on the front desk Abby, was very attentive and professional and very caring she help me through everything to be able to be seen by the pediatrician and was able to keep the appointment for my new born , she really made my day , I was happy to know that we still have people like that and they are still caring and helping others , thank you GraceMed.
The staff here from the front desk to nurses to providers, everyone is super nice and cooperative! I appreciated everyone doing their best to deliver their services with great quality!
