Top-notch customer care. I was more than taken care of. She went over things I hadn't complained about. I felt relieved to not have to feel like I needed to be on gaurd about my treatment plan and making sure I get what I need. The best dental experience I have had.

My experience is positive. My family really enjoys being provided for by hunter health clinic. We've been patients there almost 8 years and we feel we are actually being cared for. We have good care givers, we don't want to go anywhere else.

I've only just started visiting this clinic, as I haven't had proper access to a doctor in a good while- and as frightened as I was that my issues would go unheard and diminished like every other experience I've had in healthcare, everyone was so kind, so understanding, and for the first time I felt heard by healthcare professionals. I also learned that their lab staff are just as kind; I passed out during my blood drawl and I was kind of afraid, but every single person in that room was encouraging and comforting.
