    I was in Wichita for work all last week and needed an exercise home away from home so I gave it a shot and was not disappointed!
    Upon walking in you're not overwhelmed by equipment, though there's ample space for body work. I was impressed by the simplistic approach and friendly supportive staff, and I definitely got a fully workout each morning!
    The owner, has a special interest in helping yourh learn proper form and technique to prevent injury, so all the athletes gathered around him like the turtles with master Splinter, which added to the family vibes.     The trainers are very knowledgeable, and they are passionate in helping others achieve their goals! I train with Brenna, and she encourages you to be your best self, while also allowing you to feel confident in the excerises. As a young woman, feeling healthy and strong is what I strive to be, and she will help you meet your goals! From one on one sessions to group classes, there are a variety of options to help make you feel comfortable!
