Great place to work out. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The trainer I work with has been so helpful in setting up exercises that benefit me & don't aggravate my arthritis. I have been using this gym for many years & have never experienced the problems mentioned in some reviews. I highly recommend this gym w/out reservation.

Not the greatest experience.. no one was at the window when I showed up, so came back the next day and the staff seemed to not be trained very well did not have much information on pricing or what they had to offer. Plus kids runnIng around track was very annoying.
