Susan was absolutely amazing!!!! She gave me the best haircut I have EVER had. I would most definitely recommend her and this shop, it was clean, friendly, warm and inviting. Will be returning!!

I got my haircut yesterday….. my hair was long and I only wanted a little cut off to where it was below my shoulder area…. The girl that cut my hair put her hand and asked me if that was how much I wanted cut off I said yes cause at that time it was at my shoulder a little below the shoulder it was good then she proceeded to cut it…. And cut it… and cut it….. said it was gonna be the best haircut ever…. She got done… i looked at it and it’s definitely not what I wanted I DID not want my hair clear up to my face….. I wanted it below my shoulder I will post before and after pics…. There can’t be no fixing cause I don’t want it any shorter than what it already is…. I’m very insecure about this haircut I’m very embarrassed with how I look….. this haircut was by far the worst haircut I’ve experienced at fantastic Sam’s. I probably won’t be back to get a haircut there EVER… because of this girl….I literally only asked for a trim..Service: Haircut

I made an appointment here on a whim. I read reviews about how good Susan is so I opted to choose her as my stylist. Soooo glad I did! She was sweet and helped me with the style I was looking for! Woman half a$$ed my haircut. Only gave me layers in the front. Didn't even touch the back of my head. Made my bangs so short I can't even tuck them behind my ears. Just in my face all the time. I'll never return. Can't trust anyone with your hair now a days it seems.Service: Haircut
