Britton (sp?) was so helpful and kind! Educated me on how to wear and care for my first pair of glasses, ever. Once I had them picked out, I got a text saying they were ready 20 minutes later! Will definitely be back to this store for my next pair.

I have 5 family members that wear glasses (a lot of them picky girls). The older gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, always patient and professional. They never try and upsell a product, just tailoring it to the specific needs of the person (like kids need something durable and looks great). The products are extremely good quality and reasonably priced (able to buy spares in the same cost as a single at most places). I would highly recommend them to anyone needed glasses.

I had an annual eye exam at my optometrists office and needed a new prescription. They have opticians in the building , but was told my insurance was not in network. The optician recommended I go to Eyemart Express. I visited the office on 21st and Maize. A young lady named Leia showed me where womens frames were and left me to browse on my own without being rushed. Upon choosing my frames, she explained everything I needed to know. She said with my insurance and the discounts she gave me, my frames and lenses didn't cost me anything out of pocket. She also explained eyewear care, which I appreciated.
