The receptionist was informative and friendly. Stylists like Lynley and Lizette are wonderful, know their stuff, and go above and beyond for a stress-free experience, offering ideas to ensure the best possible outcome. They do an excellent job with hair color, haircuts, and blowouts, making clients very happy. Customers praise the stylists for their talent and professionalism, with some sharing that they always get exactly what they want, and others highlighting the importance of hair health and fitting appointments into busy schedules. Lynley, in particular, is noted for her incredible skill in cuts and color, often surpassing expectations.

Sophie was amazing! My little cousin, Izzy, was kinda nervous because she never really found a hairstylist she stuck with or truly felt comfortable with. But Sophie took care of her and made her feel like a princess. She was excited that Sophie taught her how to style her natural curls and what products to use, and loved the tinsel that Sophie added in. She commented when we left that she didn't expect to be treated so amazingly, especially since in the past not a lot of other salons even bothered to wash her hair. We will make sure to have another girls' day in a few months just to visit again!
Jen always uses her expertise & to name a few, giving suggestions & solutions. Jen is very quick & has lots of experience. Also, Jen is an awesome person! Absolutely love her!
I love Chelsea!! I've been going to EFS for at least 15 years and I am so glad she became my stylist. Super friendly, very professional and saving the best for last-she can make my thin hair look thicker and fabulous💇
