What a great team at Epic heating and Air. Our daughter was having furnace troubles and the unit was 20 years old and the AC was a 48 year old carrier. Will came out for a service call and did his best to identify the problem but being its age we decided to get a new AC and furnace. We visited with Justin on Monday and the install was Tuesday. Preston and Aaron did a fantastic job , friendly, polite and very efficient. Thanks Epic!

Our Furnace quit on Cold Snowy Night. A call to Epic, and a quick call back from Preston. And he was on his way. Got us going thru the Night, and then Will came the next Morning to do the permanent fix. We have had nothing but the highest quality Service from Epic. Both Preston, and Will are very personable, respectful, and professional Men. I will ALWAYS use their Service, and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.. Very satisfied.
