Electricraft was able to come out the day after I phoned. Kathy set up the appointment and was professional and helpful. Nell, the electrician who came out, was on time and professional. He not only fixed the problem, he pointed out that there were unprotected wires that should be in a coupler. I appreciated his attention to detail, as well as his ability to look at the big picture. I will definitely use Electricraft again!
