Grant, the technician was great and responsive! I installed a new thermostat and it was working. A wire came loose and was charged $500 to replace with a new thermostat that I had. It was Saturday, after hours so I really appreciate the responsiveness! It still seems a little pricey to me, but happy to have it resolved.

Eck did a wonderful job on two projects for me recently. In particular, they did right by my family with a new HVAC system. The installers were quick, professional, and did a clean job with the project. They'll be my first (and likely only) call in the future.

Austin came right away to examine my electric meter box and to give me an estimate. He was very professional and competent, explained what needed to done and answered all my questions. A few days later he returned and fixed the problem. I was impressed with the care he took and with the quality of his work. I will definitely call upon Eck again when I need help.
