The optometrists are great but business has definitely gone downhill.. I've been going to TMS eye care for years (even before they had moved locations). I just feel like there's a lack of transparency on when contacts or glasses ordered are ready. It's been almost a month and I had to proactively reach out to get details on my order.. sadly, I had already been forced to pay half up front, was not told anything about shipment delays upon ordering, and was talked over by consistently by the receptionists when I called inquiring on expectations with the rebate since it'll be outside submission dates. Customer service has gone down so much that I am definitely never ordering from them again. I plan on just getting my prescription from another optometrist in the future and ordering contacts/glasses online.

One star is too much for this business. Horrible customer service is available here. From impossible appointments to holding your trials and prescription hostage. Beware and avoid this place!

Very dissatisfied customer. I had a contact exam in late December 2018. I was not told at that time that I had only a 90 day period for which I could ask for a correction should it be needed. I ordered and received my contacts this month after using the last of my former prescription, and immediately identified the new lenses would not work. I called to schedule time with the Dr. so I could get my prescription adjusted. The Dr. was not available for some time, so I scheduled a consult with another Dr. within their business. I received a call the day before notifying me that there would be a $20 charge due to the expiration of the 90 days, and my choice to see another Dr. 90 days is reasonable, but that stipulation was not initially communicated so I begrudgingly accepted. I arrived for my appointment and am told that I must pay $45. This is not an honorable way of doing business, nor a good way of servicing a customer that until this point planned to be a loyal customer of your services. I am now seeking another provider.
