I can't thank Mike, Michael, Allison, and the entire staff enough for their incredible kindness and support during one of the most difficult times in my life. My Dad, who was my person, passed away a week ago, and they made the process not only manageable but truly beautiful. Their compassion, understanding, and flexibility allowed me the space to grieve while knowing my Dad and my family were being cared for with the utmost respect. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I give them my highest recommendation and deepest gratitude.
The staff at Downing & Lahey Mortuary made this difficult time easy to navigate and made sure that all of my needs were met, concerns were addressed, and questions were answered. The aftercare I received exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for the care and the patience that was bestowed on me and my family.
