I never have issues with the hygienist I see or the dentists. And usually the ones running the front desk and the checkout area are very friendly and caring/understanding. I had to call to reschedule an upcoming appointment today, and whoever I talked with was not very friendly. Seemed like I was inconveniencing her and annoying her.

I've always had the most incredible experience at dental associates never had a bad experience at all. I feel that when people write their reviews especially off of their opinions and feelings at the time of their emotion and don't write what actually really happened gives inaccurate informations and one side to the story it's not fair for the company, but still won't change my mind about coming to dental associates. I feel if I had a cavity or bad oral hygiene I would not be mad at anybody but myself.

My dental hygienist took her time on my teeth. Was not rough. Did not drowned me with the water pick! lol I told her I am fearful of the dentist chair but I was very relaxed under her care! Dr. Smith is AMAZING! I don’t feel the shots for the fillings. He is very calm. He didn’t rush. Took his time. I can’t say enough good things about him. I finally found a dentist I can trust and relax with. Thank you so much!
