I booked a dimensional color with lauren! She is so sweet and considerate. They offered me a drink and asked what my budget and time constraints were. Where have you heard of a hair stylist doing this??? NEVER!
They have very fair pricing and a great environment. Not to mention lauren is a very talented hair dresser. The manager was very sweet and they helped walked me through what kind of color I was going for. Can’t wait to come back and drink their very good coffee and get pampered.
First, what a wonderful group of people! I walked in the salon buzzing with clients and stylists smiling and enjoying their experience and I certainly get why. The front desk staff is sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. Answered my specific questions and got me some wonderful coffee to drink.
Then … I got to sit with Shaylee. I was certainly nervous, I’m pretty sensitive about my hair. She smiled and somehow I felt at ease. She thoroughly asked about my routine, my life, my style to get a feel of who I am and what I like without being invasive. Shaylee did amazing with my first wavy/curly haircut and gave such good styling tips. Talked through everything she was doing and why, and I could buy the recommended products there (but there wasn’t any pressure to!). She was very knowledgeable and I was very happy with my entire experience.
