I have never done business personally with this company but my 70 year old mom was travelling on the turnpike from Kansas City to Wichita when her car broke down. She didn't even have use of her emergency flashers and a very nice young man named Dakota pulled up behind her and turned his emergency flashers on for her. She was alone and scared and Dakota sat with her for over an hour and a half until my dad and I were able to get to her. Then he helped us push her van onto the trailer and secure it with ropes and chains. We tried to offer him some money for at least his time but Dakota refused all offers of a reward.
