I am a monthly member and use this car wash often. Tonight 1/26/2026 I brought my car in after a long road trip as it was covered in snow and ice. The guys went above and beyond and really took the time on each car to get it clean. I appreciate their hard work. Well worth the wait.

Love! Keeping my car clean is my favorite form of self care. Club Carwash makes it so easy and efficient! I love the perk of free air fresheners with my membership. The vacuums(+pressurized air), unlimited towels, windex, and floor mat cleaning is so nice! This location is always clean and well maintained. With friendly staff that have always been willing to answer my questions and treat me like a truly valued customer. I never feel like I am stuck waiting forever to get into the tunnel at this location, like I am at other Wichita area locations.
Also, as we all know it is the employees jobs to try and sell memberships. With more common sense it is obvious that the rate of memberships sold is tracked, similar to places like Ulta or Kohls that are trying to get more people signed up for credit cards. It is also truly a deal to get a membership, I could go through the tunnel 10 times in a row if I really wanted to with my membership. So, if you have such an issue with them trying to sell memberships, maybe look into how you treat service industry professionals as a whole.

What is the point in paying 25$ a month to go through this car wash that has “spot free rinse” when every single time I come out of there my windows and car are covered in spots and I have to wipe down my entire car anyway? Also, the service today was horrible. I pulled up to the tracks and it’s YOUR job to tell me if I need to adjust my wheels to get on the tracks. I was not in line with the tracks, and the lady just stared at me, and I rotated my wheel to the right on my own when I hit the guard. The lady proceeded to not give me directions until she finally told me to rotate my wheel the other way. Way to mess up my tire by not doing your job!! On top of that, as I was exiting the wash, my mirror hit the dryer, because the dryer was way too close. I have a small sedan. There’s no reason my tiny mirrors should be hitting ANYTHING! I’m definitely never coming back to this location again, and if I have an experience like this again with another location, I’m done with club car wash!
