After inspection we found the air ducts under the house had mold in them. Austin & Felix came out and determined the best course of action to clean and sanitize the vents. “Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring“

“Overall good experience. Alex and his helper came out and explained what they were going to do. They communicated great. It was because of Alex that I give them 4 stars.

However, the lady that answers the phone is not helpful. She had an attitude when I called and I almost canceled my service with them because of it.
Also, I never received an invoice for this service. I was just told to write a check or give cash.

P.S- They do not give courtesy calls. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and never received a follow up call, leaving me to call them and ask if they were still coming.“
