Dr Frazier took in our dog here recently when she was not eating and getting sick, for what ended up being a major surgery. While she was with the clinic for many days prior and recovering from surgery, we had full faith that our girl would be taken care of with love. The staff love the animals that come through to the point where vet techs expressed how much they loved having her there with them for nearly a week. After our family had taken 3 of our animals there, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Thank you for loving our girl in a very bad spot in her short life and taking care of her when we were at our worst feeling like we could lose her! 15/10, don’t hesitate to bring them here.

WOW. I Didn't even actually take my dog in for care. But, when we called to see about pricing and setting up an appt we were on hold for about 10 minutes and then the receptionist was rude and informed us that not only did they not offer shots we wanted but that they were booked out until JANUARY! Now you could say, wow they must be popular. Or you could say, wow, think you need to add staff? Or cut back on the amount of people you are seeing? Either way, waiting for over 10 minutes just to schedule an appt for 2 months out??? Disappointing.

We have been taking our dog, Blue, to Caring Hearts for many years. He has had very few issues and have always received great care. However, I knew I needed to write a review after the exceptional care they gave Blue recently.
He wasn’t his normal self, and had been throwing up. We took him in and they discovered a mass in his stomach, it turned out to be GRASS which they were able to get him into emergency surgery for to remove. Because of the nature of the surgery he later developed an infection (common with grass removal surgeries according to multiple vets) and did a revision surgery as well. All of the techs and Dr. Dalton & Dr. Gerrie showed so much care and love for Blue throughout the process and we never felt we weren’t in good hands. I have a friend who is a vet and consulted her on decisions for a second opinion and that never strayed from Caring Hearts which was reassuring. They saved our guy and provided care that was unmatched for him (and us) during the scariest time of his life with us. We would never think to go anywhere else and would recommend Caring Hearts to anyone!

We had to wait a month to get our dog in. We had to reschedule our appointment due to being sick. They told me it would be another month before we could get her back in. My suggestion is either take few customers or hire more vets.

The receptionists is very rude. Called to reschedule my appointment and gave an attitude and told me she wouldn’t reschedule. i have been going here for years and will now not be back. They also remind you about your appointment not even 24 hours in advance, but want to charge a $20 fee if i forget about my appointment and can’t show up even tho i was reminded about the appointment at 5pm the night before. will take my money elsewhere and will not be paying that $20 lmao.

Not sure what's happened to this place, they used to be excellent caring for our dogs, now we've called and left voicemails twice to get our dog in as he has a tumor that needs attention, 3rd phone call about 2 weeks later they pick up and as my Wife's trying to explain the situation the lady on the phone cuts her off and says we're booked out until next month!
MAYBE IF YOU RETURNED CALLS OUR DOG COULD BE SEEN SOONER, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY, YOU'RE UNPROFESSIONAL, WE WONT RETURN OR NO LONGER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY.
