I have mixed feelings about this location. Dr Tyagi is great. Listens, was present, looks you in the eye. Office staff are another story as they never seem to know what is going on. Rescheduling - Expect 45 min long process. I had to give her my personal details 3 times, and was on hold 4 times. Billing - The office staff have no idea if you have a bill due, I was told i owe nothing, but had a bill letter at home that said so. Billing letters are missing the required info to pay online despite directing you to do so. Wait time - I've had 4 appointments, and waited between an hour and a half for every visit. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners do not take the time to give much individual attention to cardiac patients. It is difficult or impossible to get an appointment within 45 days of a request. This practice is disorganized and inefficient from an administrative perspective as well. I have sought cardiovascular care elsewhere, as a result.
