I have been there before and had a good expierence but this recent visit was not. The woman I had who did a manicure and pedicure was very rough. Made 3 of my nail bed's bleed while doing a manicure after making me feel terrible about the dead skin she chopped away. I work 6 days a week and haven't had the time to stay on top of my nails, but she left all the dead skin on the cuticle clipper, and when she finished, insisted on showing me while giving me what I felt like was a judgemental look. My/"Mee" the best nail tech in town has relocated to Cali Nails and I followed, Lori is the pedicure Queen baby-don't play with her. My/"Mee" is an all around nail beast! Thank you ladies, I will see you again and again!

They don’t understand what “square” nails means. This is not a hard concept. I even took the nail file myself to make them square, only to have the nail tech “round them” again. :<. They are rough on your nails... the techs should understand that using a power tool on the nail itself can not only be very sensitive but can wear thru and make people’s nails sore. I get harassed when I come in about “where have I been going?” When I haven’t been back for a long time. I haven’t been back because your salon lacks consistency in its quality of the service.
