I am giving this place 3 stars simply because Doctor Boyle is a great Eye Doctor but his staff is TERRIBLE at communicating with his patients. I have always had to call to get status on glasses for my son. I think I can remember one time ever being called to say an order was ready. Today was the last straw for me. I was informed that there was NO ORDER ever placed for my sons glasses. That they let go of the optician because he was not good at his job and did this to several patients. Well why have we not been contacted? It has been 3 weeks since our appointment and no communication about anything. We now have to go back and pick out the frames AGAIN and place an order.... read full review

Beautiful office, kind and helpful staff, same day appointments available, huge selection of frames, most insurance's are accepted. Dr Boyle has been my Dr for 4-5 years and I don't see it changing anytime soon! Thanks for everything Dr Boyle!!!

The Dr. and optician are okay. Three star because his two people in the counter ( check -in/customer service desk) are rude specially the lady who have a black hair if I say her nationality then you will call me a racist lol and one of them she don't really know? to do her job like calling insurances and or VSP? ?
