I have always used Brown's whenever I have a plumbing issue. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, courteous, and competitively priced. If I have additional questions after they have left that are very available to answer them in a non judgmental manner.

Highly recommend Brown’s Plumbing. I called early on a Friday to see about getting my water heater replaced and he got me in that day. They encountered some hold ups early in the day where I wasn’t sure they were going to make it to my house before closing hours- which I would have been okay with given the last minute nature of my request. But no, they called a little before 4:00 to let me know they were still on the way. The guys were nice and efficient. My dog was being grumpy and barking, and they just worked around her and had patience for her being protective of the house. Chris went above and beyond, making a small repair the day he came to quote water heater installation. The scheduling process was smooth and communication was clear throughout. The team was friendly, respectful and communicative. I’m very pleased with my new water heater, and will use Brown’s Plumbing going forward. ????
