Briggs has just completed a second project on our home. If you find you must have work done on your foundation, you want Briggs. They care about their customers concerns. From working with Darin on quoting, Josh on scheduling, and finally the crew Javier, Devon and Jazz doing the physical work, we are very happy. Every one of them were friendly and respectful AND their postjob clean up was immaculate! Many thanks to the experts at Briggs!

The company employees are very professional and they help people who are down on luck and they did a right thing and make sure the job is done correctly. I had three projects that need to do on my house as I found out over the two years. I could not ask for a better company who did the work

Have had Briggs out on three occasions over the past three years - different tasks each time (got to love this clay soil). Hard working crews - get there and get it done! Clean up everything when complete. No complaints with the work - thanks.

The contractor who visited was friendly and is not the main driving factor for the two star review. The contractor let me know that he would contact me by the following business day, after over a week and a half of waiting for a response I reached out to the company and was responded quickly with an email that they would not be able to serve my foundation. Their lack of response resulted in the delaying of the much needed project by over a week. Additionally, I was told that a referral to another service would be made if necessary - none was provided. Poor customer service or improperly communicating timelines in construction deserves a two star review in my book.
