Was looking for the perfect spot for an odd, but cool new business. One that combined over 250 glass bottles of soda, TONS of candy and over 300 bottles of hot sauce, BBQ sauces and salsas. Hence the name, Sweet n Saucy!We found the perfect spot for this eclectic store in Delano. Ben negotiated a lease that was favorable to us and our needs.Look no further if you need someone who will take your crazy idea seriously and help you and your business find the spot too grow your dreams.

Ben assisted The Arcade is securing the perfect spot in Old Town. This was somewhat of a challenge as we needed a HUGE empty spot (no walls), but needed two bathrooms (code). Ben worked tirelessly too find a spot that was perfect for our business AND our budget.
