The staff that came to the home to pick up my loved one were very professional, timely, and kind. Becky reached out to me promptly to make an appointment to discuss arrangements. Becky and Lacey at the Central location are professional, compassionate, and really made the experience as pleasant as it can be. All aspects of the process are clearly outlined in a packet of information that they provide so you know exactly when and what to do. Customer service was exceptional when I had questions and very well priced. Definitely recommend.

I recently met with Lisa (Baker Funeral Home Director West Wichita, KS)...for my pre need plans. Lisa is kind/compassionate, Business-savvy, and went the extra mile to help me with what I wanted. Becky and Lacey were both understanding and very compassionate. After being treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism by Central Funeral Services, I came here (6100 E. Central). All of their prices were listed on the website. They were upfront about everything. I knew what I wanted. It did not take long getting everything in order. I had my own stylist and makeup artist. All I truly needed Baker to do was prepare the body. They were accommodating, easy to talk to, and professional. Thank you for being understanding when dealing with the death of a loved one.
