I tried the lipodissolve without success. They tell you to drink lots of water and exercise. I didn't exercise any more than I usually do (which isn't much). If I wanted to loose weight exercising, I could do that without the expense of lipo-dissolve. So the question remains... is it the exercising that takes the pounds off or the lipodisolve? My guess would be the exercise because I didn't loose inches with lipodissolve.
