The doctors and staff are wonderful. The voicemail system to get to see them that was imposed by corporate leaves everything to be desired. It is the antithesis of intuitive, enhances frustration and generally supports negativity towards the whole process. Given that one doesn’t usually contact a doctor’s office when all is going well this is extremely unhelpful.
In response to this post, the customer relations department tried calling, left a voicemail, responded a day later with another voicemail. The tag game ended when I gave up in total frustration. The doctors and medical team are great, the corporate office, not so much.
Candyce Lera is the best she takes her time with you explains to you and listen to you that your problems. The nurses are very knowledgeable and I love the people who pull your blood. They are so careful. I never feel when they do it so in all this is a great office.
I think it's a nice facility. Great doctors. I would claim them to be number one. Doctors there and there need to be more doctors like the ones that are there around, Kansas and everywhere else I've had a great experience, great care and respect every since I've been going there for the last 4 or 5 years. And I pray that you guys continue to Keep app with the good work and keep doing what you're doing, saving lives and helping people with their health.Thank you.I'm appreciate you very much
