“The doctors and staff are wonderful. The voicemail system to get to see them that was imposed by corporate leaves everything to be desired. It is the antithesis of intuitive, enhances frustration and generally supports negativity towards the whole process. Given that one doesn’t usually contact a doctor’s office when all is going well this is extremely unhelpful.
In response to this post, the customer relations department tried calling, left a voicemail, responded a day later with another voicemail. The tag game ended when I gave up in total frustration. The doctors and medical team are great, the corporate office, not so much.”
