I took my mother's laptop to Andres when it was failing to recognize any Wi-Fi network. I explained the problem and our time sensitive situation being that I lived out of town and my parents can't get around. Andres was so great - he listened, was kind, and patient. He gave my laptop priority and I heard from him very quickly with everything fixed. Great price. Great all around service. We now have a "go-to" computer repair technician in Topeka. Highly recommend.

Andres took on the massive cleanup job on my computer with virtually no info about what was wrong with it - basically, I'm computer-stupid! It had been a few weeks since I'd used it and couldn't even give him login info! Still, he got right to work and had it cleaned up, de-bugged and secured in about six hours. I told him his rates were too low! Andres, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend taking your computer to this Whiz Kid - he knows his business!
