Jen has created a lovely and peaceful place to relax and let go of the every day chaos that causes our muscles to stay tight. She's professional and welcoming as you chat by the fire in a super comfy chair. Healing music plays that doesn't have any weird stuff in it that can throw a wrench in someone's peace. I had the most relaxing 2-hour massage from Tranquil Balance. I was welcomed into a quaint check-in area by Jen. She ushered me into a sitting area with a comfy recliner to discuss my history, concerns, and desires. Once we discussed what I wanted from the experience, I was guided to the changing area to disrobe and prepare for my session. The massage room was nicely decorated in calm colors, and the massage table and linens were extremely comfortable. As for the massage itself, Jen provided me with a wonderful massage complete with non-greasy massage lotion and hot towels. I didn't really have any complaints about the whole experience.
