Tim was right on time to clean my basement carpets. It had been probably 15 years since the carpet had been installed. It wasn’t heavily soiled but there were several areas I was concerned about. What an incredible difference Tim and Steam Power made! The carpet looks brand new and all the soiled spots are gone! Tim is professional, easy to work with and extremely good at his craft!
