5 stars are for Brian. 1 star for the Sears repair phone line - you call and can never talk to a person - no one shows up for the repair appointment - takes at least 2 months if not more to get fixed.

Have had a couple repairs only to have another problem days later. Cannot get service on scheduled appointments. Multiple appointment days have been no show by the technician. 6 months with out a working refridgerator. Don't fall for the home warranty scams. I would have replaced our fridge within 2 days, but because I was promised a service I opted to use the plan for the repairs. Wow what a sucker I am.

James did a good job today. He called in while here & we are supposed to have freezer replaced, so hope that happens. We've been trying to get it fixed since May. It's been a joke. I wasn't impressed with previous tech at all. He told me many times he would check & call me back which he never did. He was supposed to order a new freezer door & never did. Very glad we had a different tech today.
