He worked hard on my behalf to negotiate with the bank, appraiser, and inspector to ensure everything being done was in my best interest.When the inspection came back showing some repairs were required and recommended, he worked with me closely to understand what I was comfortable with and made sure I knew I could walk away if I wanted. He saw that I felt I wouldn’t find a better home for my family and was quick to draft a proposal to the sellers of items we wanted fixed prior to closing. He followed up with the selling agent whenever needed to ensure they agreed with the proposal and were doing the work requested once they agreed.Luke has a very relaxed demeanor and is a very personable.
