I’m a former NC Realtor so, I speak from experience as well as a client. My father passed away 2.5 years ago. To be kind the settling of his estate has been complete and total nightmare. You took all that weight and put it on your shoulders and finally we have closure. “We had Brecken as our realtor. We were purchasing from out of state so we had a bit of a different buying experience. Brecken held virtual walkthroughs with us so we could feel like we were touring the house while being states away. When we found a house we wanted to look at, she made herself available at the last minute on a Saturday so we could make a 9.5 hour drive to see the house. “We had a family health issue come up the middle of January and the need to move to a different home was obvious. A friend of ours recommended Jolene Roberts as a realtor. So we called her the 3rd week of January. She got right on the job for us. She knew what type home we were looking for and started lining up properties for us to view. We found a house on February 6th and put an offer in for it on February 7th and bought the house. It went very quickly and Jolene had all the inspections, etc lined up and taken care of for us.
