“Stacie, has been the most helpful real estate agent I’ve encountered. I’ve dealt with multiple people and by far she was the one willing to go the extra mile. She was patient enough to show us multiple properties at different times of the day. She actually took her time to break down every step of our process and answer all of our dumb questions. She backed us up in both the buying and selling process and stood in our corner when things weren’t adding up. She even tried helping sell one of my properties that was under water and in terrible condition.

She’s familiar with the VA loan process as well. I’m not hyping her up for no reason, you get what you pay for and some. Extremely responsive to text and emails. She shoots it straight with you. He met with us to discuss the pros and cons of moving and selling, the current financial market, and was up front and honest the entire time. Prior to selling, he and his assistant Pam, provided us with a detailed list of what we could/should do to get our our home ready to list, photograph and sell, which was very helpful to someone who had never sold a home before and had lived there a long time. He and Pam were very communicative about how the listing process would work and how showings would happen.
