Thanks for great service! Our AC had problems Sunday and repaired on Monday. Serviceman was excellent. First needed repair to the AC they installed in a dozen years ago.

Our whole ac system had to be replaced inside and out. Their service was fast, friendly and clean. Start to finish was only 3.5 hours even with the rain. They provided drop cloths to protect our carpet while they were working. Would definitely recommend!

They installed our unit back it 2004, and today July 4th 2020 we woke up to a very hot house. One phone call and 2hrs later, motor replaced and blowing cold air. Thank you Justin and your team .

Our Air conditioning quit right before Independence day. Called Modern Air and they put a new system in a few days later. Clean, quick, professional. Give Justin a call if you need help. Great company, great people.

I was very displeased with this company. They were very difficult to get in touch with. We never knew when they would be out to do the work on our home because they said they would be out the next week for the past month and never show. When they finally did show we were unhappy with the placement of a vent that we had to move. A simple phone call back to know they hadn't forgotten about us would have changed my review but they did now seem to care.
