When the family is sitting down in your office for the first time to plan their loved ones burial, their loved one who dropped dead out of the blue with no warning, which leaves a person no time to even try and mentally prepare for the loss they are about to face with the death of their family member (not that you can every truly prepare to loose someone who meant everything to you)...its probably best not to start the meeting with some BS about keeping family members together and for such and such time you will offer a discount or whatever BS it was, I was to in shock at what I was hearing to fully grasp the details of your payment plan....dont start the meeting by trying...read full review
Management is ok til you question them, then they turn on you with being rude, unprofessional and management donr care how much there incompetence hurts grieving families. Had to file a formal complaint with Ks Atty General office. Seriously: BUYER BEWARE. There are other companies you can deal with and still have your loved ones at Memorial Park.
