This was my first visit to Massage Envy, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was warm, cozy, and very inviting.
The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and engaging. As a former yoga studio owner with a membership-based business, I understand all the moving parts involved in creating a great member experience...from first impressions and customer service to membership education, communication, and member retention. The staff did an excellent job explaining the membership options, answering my questions, and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.

I highly recommend Joseph. My back was very sore from sports, and it was the perfect blend of massage and stretching. He worked out several knots in my shoulders. Very professional. Highly recommended.
Everyone that works there is super pleasant and caring. They take their jobs seriously and make sure the clients are comfortable and know their wellness is cared about. Clients who book an hour get 50 minutes of table time and clients who book 90 minutes get 80 minutes of table time....because of client intake and time to get dressed at the end. I like how the company is honest and up front about that. Thank you Massage Envy! 😀👍
