Eric came today because of a strange glitch in my system that happened during an electrical storm last night. He is knowledgeable and thorough, patiently answering all my questions and helping me to understand it. I am quite confident in Latta-Whitlow and Eric continues to prove himself excellent in customer care.

Advantage Latta Whitlow recently replaced a 40 year-old HVAC Unit (inside air handler and outside compressor). They did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied!

Angel came over late on a Saturday night, our AC wasn't blowing cold. He was able to diagnose the issue, we were able to go to bed at a reasonable temperature with a system that was cooling.
