I’m so grateful for Grace Med. They have helped my brother with his health and medication. His doctor is so wonderful and caring. All I can say is thank you for all you do with people that don’t have very much money. Thank you and God Bless You guys.

I am a new patient and my appt. Was great loved the staff but trying to call..talk to a nurse..forget it..I've been calling for 3 weeks almost daily now. The nurses dont take time to check answering service..then you call front desk your put on hold then they say the nurse will call you back shortly..next day..nothing..call again..same story ..call again..oh now im waiting on a provider to respond..THREE WEEKS??!! Somebody needs to get their crap together. PS .. still waiting..

Front desk staff is always very rude! They make it seem and feel like you’re a burden for being there. I’ve had to go there for the past month and every time I walk in there I never get a “hi how may I help you?” it’s just a “NEXT” and a hand motion telling me to go up to the desk.

Don’t remember it a rip off. They say sliding scale for people with no insurance And then when u come they say you don’t qualify for what u calculated online on their website and they’re not very friendly

Well I love Flore she is amazing sweet and professional.. now my wife just called up there to see if she can bring our boys infor a physical today and this lady that answers the phone is very very rude to my wife instead on telling her what to do she is raising her voice at my wife my wife asked to talk with someone else and she said no I and hung up on her.. my wife and kids always have Dr appointment there so she is really familiar with the 😠staff up there the ones we know are sweet but who ever this lady is needs to go home or find another job she is very unprofessional and rude. She didn't have to hang up on us.

Wow!! They have been awesome for me!! I’m sad to hear that Ashley H is leaving soon though. Only met with her once in person to establish a visit a few weeks ago. She was so kind, empathetic and down to earth. She went Above and Beyond during my visit. When I had to return again yesterday, she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She and Jamie made sure I got the services I desperately needed that day! I would definitely recommend Grace Med for services!! Thank you!!
