“I switched from the Gage office about 7yrs ago because there was a young black woman who was very racist to me. I complained, went back one time to pick up my glasses and she wasn't there. I still decided to switch our family to the Wanamaker store and we were with them until this year. My 2 now adult kids went without me, separately, last year and had horrible experiences of them scamming my kids and overcharging them and then terrifying them into paying for optional services. I had an appointment at the 29th & Croco office 2 days ago. I explained what happened to my son a month ago and not only did they fix the issue but one of the front ladies called that other store and ripped into them where we all could hear (there were 7 of us waiting). They made me extremely comfortable, especially after telling them I had a stroke. I've never had such an easy, stressless eye appointment. Thank you ❤️“
