I called and got an immediate response after waiting four months for another outfit. Not only that but they were there today, same day of call, and replaced filters. The technician was thorough and informative, and very polite. The person I spoke with on the phone was so kind. I would 100% recommend this business! I hope we can continue on!

Woke up Friday Jan 09 and the furnace was not working. Call Dehn heating around 6 am left a message. Shortly after 8 am got a call from them, told me they would be here between 9 and 10. They called back around 8:30 and told me the tech was on his way. He got here, checked it out, replaced a pressure sensor and had the furnace working within 30 minutes. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Rick was to our place in just minutes. He checked a few things then pulled leaves out of the intake pipe. No parts to replace. In and out! Great service. Happy New Year Rick and Dehns.
