The nails look pretty after being done, but the customer service was bad. I walk in; I had to wait for the guy to come out. It took another customer to yell that there is someone waiting. He came out with the most attitude, asking what I needed. I had an appointment scheduled. So I said I was here for an appointment. He was rude as can be when I even said that. I showed him the picture of what I wanted. He just pointed at the colors and then walked off. Then when the lady came to do my nails, it was already past my appointment time. I have been coming to this nail salon with my mama for around 8 years, and 5 stars isn’t high enough! Kindness and care radiates through the staff on top of expertise and professionalism. Love love love ?

The last two times I've been here they've gotten me in quick, they're clean, and give an actual message with pedicure!!! I'll add pictures in an update since I'm due for another lol
