Andy came and cleaned our carpets in our new home before we moved in. I called on a Thursday and he was here the next Tuesday. Super easy to work with, and super affordable pricing!
Andy's has cleaned our carpets several times. Every time I am amazed at how much better they look after he is done. I'm also a little amazed at how dirty they really get over the course of a year but you don't realize it until they are cleaned!
In my opinion if you hire a big company to clean your carpets you are going to get an employee making $9.00 an hour who may not care how clean the carpets get. It's just a job. With a small company you get somebody whose reputation is on the line every time. They care and they want you to be impressed with the job.
