Jonathan tried to save me some money by using spare parts and when that failed to correct the problem, he returned with all new parts and credited the payment I had made the day before. I am very impressed with him and with your company!
Emergency call. 4:15 PM. Johnathan is out at my house by shortly after 4:30 PM. He leaves at 6:30 PM. Water cleaned up. Pipes snaked out 30 feet. Checked the cleanout. Water draining. Everything working. Great price. Great service. I could not be happier with my service. Top notch.
The trained techs from A1 diagnosed and replaced our furnace. The skill that they have is awesome. They cleaned up after themselves and took their trash with them. They communicated with me as to what was needed to be done. They put down a carpet runner to wipe their feet on. They even replaced my mercury thermostat with digital one. Their price was fair and was fine in the amount of time they quoted, 3 hours. I would recommend A-1 to anyone who is looking for a good heating, AC or plumbing job to be done. The same men came back to install our AC and coil. They took about the same amount of time to install the AC as they did the furnace, about 3 hours. I really like A1.... read full review
